Return and Refund Policy

At Suertudo Solutions, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a 20-day return policy for stock items. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in brand new condition and in their original factory packaging. Returns within this category are accepted without a restocking charge.


Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns for open blister packs or any software products.
  • All other returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking charge.


Return Process:

1. Obtain a return reference number by emailing info@suertudoshop.com with the nature of the return and your order number in the subject line.

2. Ensure that the items are in their original condition and packaging.

3. Ship the items back to us with the return reference number clearly marked.


Warranty

All warranty issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. We offer a 20-day window for out-of-the-box exchanges for most products. Defective units must be returned postage paid, as we do not provide call tags or cover return freight.
