Delivery Timeframe: 

At Suertudo Solutions, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Products readily available in large quantities typically ship out within 1-2 business days. However, for products with low stock levels, please consult our Inside Sales Team for current shipping times.

Delivery Charges: 

Shipping fees are calculated based on various factors including weight, dimensions, destination, point of origin, and the level of service selected. We offer three levels of service:

· Economy: 3-5 days

· Standard: 2 days

· Next Day

Please note that shipping times are dependent upon stock availability, the time the order is placed, and the destination address.

Backordered Items: 

If any items in your order become backordered or if the expected delivery time changes, you will have several options:

· Wait for the entire order to ship

· Split your order (receive the ready-to-ship items first and wait for the backordered items)

· Cancel the order

Rest assured, we will not charge you until your items are shipped. If part of your order is backordered, we will ship the available items first and cover any additional delivery charges for the remaining items.

Shipping Options: 

Suertudo Solutions ships all orders via traceable courier services such as UPS, FedEx, or Purolator, to destinations within Canada and the United States. If you require specialized delivery services (e.g., inside delivery, liftgate, delivery appointment), please contact our Inside Sales team.

Please note that tariffs and brokerage fees may apply for cross-border shipments.

Delivery Restrictions: 

While we primarily deliver to Canada and the United States, there may be exceptions. Suertudo Solutions does not deliver to the following areas:

· Armed Forces Atlantic, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific

· American Samoa, Northern Mariana, Guam, Puerto Rico, Palau, Caroline Islands, Virgin Islands

· Any countries listed as restricted/embargoed by Canada or the United States

Updating Delivery Address: 

Once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. If necessary, the order would need to be canceled and reentered. It is essential to provide accurate information when creating your order to ensure smooth delivery.
